Michael A. Trevino, J.D.

     

Born Lima, Ohio; Attended Oklahoma State University; Enlisted in the United States Air Force and served honorably for 10 years and separated at the rank of Staff Sergeant (E­5); Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio; Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D., 2004); Staff Editor on the school’s Law Review. Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office as an Assistant Public Defender (May 2004 to June 2006). Left the public sector and went into private practice to include Family Law and Civil Litigation. Joined Klingenberg and Associates as a trial lawyer in the fall of 2014. Also, admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma; Member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the National Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association and the Criminal and Family Law Sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Carson A. Klingenberg, J.D.

     

Born Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Admitted to Missouri Bar, 2015; undergraduate education, Washington University in St. Louis (B.A., Applied Linguistics, 2012); legal education, Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (J.D., 2015). While at Washington University School of Law, worked with Stop Predatory Gambling to combat unethical and illegal gambling practices across the nation; received a CALI Award for Entertainment Law: Contract Drafting and Negotiation, and currently works with professional video game players to draft and negotiate their contracts.
